About US

Fantasia Hotel de Luxe is located on 22 acres of seaside property in Kusadasi in the very close priximity of ancient cities like Ephesus, Didyma and Miletos and The House of Virgin Mary. The eight storey hotel building is situated in a big garden full of colorful flowers under the shade of huge palm and date trees and with a 150m long blue flagged private beach.

Kusadasi is located just 50 minutes south of İzmir , a picturesque town right on the shores of The Aegean.

Accommodation

GENERAL FEATURES
All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating, direct telephone, safebox, sattelite TV with multilingual channels, music channels, info channel, dial up internet connection, mini bar, hair dryer, carpeting, fire alarm, telephones in bathrooms, slippers, and balconies. In all rooms, a complimentary tea and coffee set is at your disposal, including coffee, black teas and herbal teas.We do have a turn down service in the evening for all our rooms. The “Pillow Menus” in all rooms enable our guests to select from a variety of pillows. Our “Bath Menu” will help you relax and revitalize in your private bathroom with a minimal charge.We do have 3 handicapped rooms.

Room Type

• Standard Room

Our Standard rooms come with choise of 2 single beds or one king size bed and they vary in size between 29 sqm and 36 sqm. With an option of an additional portable bed, our Standard rooms can accomodate a 3rd person.

• Triple Room

Our triple rooms are 36sqm in size and they come with 3 single beds.

• King Suite
• Junior Suite
• Family Suite

Family Suites consist of one double bed and two single beds.. The Family Suites are 40 sqm in size.

• Senior Suite

Our De Luxe suites are 65 sqm in size, with a king size bed bedroom, a connected bathroom(shower and bathtub), and a living area with a second bathroom.
Our guests choosing to stay with us in one of our de luxe suite, shall receive complimentary fruit platter and a bottle of wine upon check in.

Restaurant

Nostalgia is the main restaurant of Fantasia and serves a total of 700, 300 of which is in open air. Nostalgia Restaurant caters all year round, the exquisite examples of world cuisines and The traditional Turkish Cuisine in an open buffet setting

A la Turka restaurant serves the best tastes and flavors of the rich Turkish Cuisine against the spectacular Aegean Sunsets.

It is a reservation only restaurant with a capacity of 35 people and open between 19:00-22:00 from june 1st to september 30th.

Bars

The Blues bar is our pool bar where our guests can cool off with a drink of their choise against The Aegean. With ocassional live music coupled with spectacular sunsets and at times a fantastic full moon, makes the Blues Bar the inevitable venue to relax and socialize in the evenings.

Meeting

The Neva Ballroom is the biggest multi purpose hall in Fantasia.  Neva with its large foyer and 420 sqm size, with its options of stage and dance floor, and crowned by spectacular chandeliers, is a function room  suitable for all meetings and banquets. Sumela seats 200 people in theater style and caters up to 300 for cocktails and receptions. Neva is placed on our lobby flor.
