Welcome to One-Stop Residence Hotel & Office, your
ideal urban home. Nestled right in the heart of the city, One-Stop
Residence Hotel & Office caters for the working professional,
expatriate and even the modern family on holiday.With fully
furnished apartment units available for rent and a variety of
amenities to enjoy, residents can opt for long, medium or short term
stays. One-Stop Residence Hotel & Office also uniquely caters to
small businesses with office space within each of our apartment
units, suitable for home offices or frequent business
travellers.Besides overlooking a breathtaking view of KL’s renowned
Twin Towers (KLCC), our apartment facilities also include WIFI, 24
hours security, parking bays, and many more to compliment the rest
of your stay.Situated in Fraser Business Park, One-Stop Residence
Hotel & Office provides our guests with convenient facilities within
a stone’s throw. These facilities include mini market, restaurants,
retail outlets, banks as well as higher learning institute (Help
University College). We also provide daily shuttle transport service
from One-Stop Residence Hotel & Office to Bukit Bintang shopping
area, pavilion & KLCC.
Accommodation
In Total we have 175 units of the Two Bedroom Suite
and 34 units of Standard Room. The size of the Two Bedroom Suite is
885 sq. feet whilst the Standard Room is 420sq. feet. Beside these
two room type, we can also sell our Two Bedroom Suite as a One
Bedroom by closing one of the Bedroom and Bathroom and this would
still provide an ample size of 773 sq. feet. All our Two Bedroom
Suites come with two bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and
an office space. Each of our Two Bedroom suites is fully furnished

There is no Security Guard on duty. Parents are required to be
present at all times with their children. Kindly note that the use
of the Children Playground is at your own risk.

Opening Hours : 7am – 10pm
There is no Lifeguard on duty. Parents are required to be present
at all times when children are in the pool area. Kindly note that
the use of the Swimming Pool is at your own risk.
Tennis Court
Opening Hours : 9am - 7pm
The tennis racquets are available for rent at the Reception Counter
Dining
Though we do not have an in-house F&B, there are ample to explore
when it comes to food. Surrounding and within short walking
distance, you will find a good choice of eateries. The famed Old
Town White Coffee is located within the complex and is just next
door to our Reception/Lobby. Breakfast
served at Old Town White Coffee ranges from RM3.90 onwards. Beside
them, there are several Chinese Restaurants located nearby. For
those who want to indulge in something spicy, you may want to
venture into the two "MAMAK SHOPs" and sample for yourselves.
Typically like in most places in Malaysia, you can always drop by at
one of the Chinese Coffee Shop where you will find many hawker
stalls serving local delicacies.However, for those who to prepare
their own meal, you can do some simple purchasing of your groceries
at the convenient shops such as the two 7Elevens and one KK Mart.
