in fact the only place to be for Italian food.Sometimes you just

Viaggio offers you a varied selection prepared by our master chefs.
A tempting array of authentic Italian dishes hot off the stove for
you to savour.But why, you wonder, is there an Italian restaurant in
a hotel whose theme is rooted in Chinese philosophy? It’s really
quite elementary: the story goes that Marco Polo brought pasta to
Italy upon his return from China.Viaggio means ‘journey’ in Italian
and celebrates Marco Polo’s journey by bringing together Chinese and
Italian cultures again. The food here is authentic Italian. Yet the
setting has a distinctly Chinese mood with its chic black and white
décor.The spacious, contemporary setting is enhanced by the
open-concept kitchen. Observing our chefs as they prepare
mouthwatering dishes will surely work up your appetite!
The kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and you can even
drop by for snacks or a quick bite in between the main meals. Our
